Over the next few months, the Speak Up for Change blog will be contain a series of posts on the topic of Water. Our youth bloggers will explore water on a variety of levels – beyond the idea of an everyday beverage. The goal is to shift the paradigm – changing the way we think about water – leading up to the Global Youth Assembly.
Every two years, the John Humphrey Centre for Peace and Human Rights presents the Global Youth Assembly (GYA). This year, hundreds of youth and young professionals will explore the theme OUR WORLD. OUR WATER. Join us in Edmonton, Alberta from July 27— 30, 2011.
